Membership Price: $110 incl GST - 12 months membership annually charged to Credit Card.

1. Debiting your account
1.1 By joining APIWA and electronically or physically signing this/a Direct Debit Request, (DDR) you have authorised API (WA) Inc to arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated account according to this agreement we have with you.
1.2 The debit will be processed to your account as close as possible to the beginning of each month.
1.3 We will keep your DDR and account details private unless this information is required by us to investigate a claim made on it, relating to an alleged incorrect or wrongful debit.
1.4 In the event of a debit returned unpaid, we may attempt to redraw on your account.
1.5 We will advise you 14 days in advance of any changes to the DDR.

2. Enquiries
2.1 If you believe there has been an error in debiting your account, you should contact us immediately on 08 9325 7425 & confirm details in writing to apimail@apiwa.com.au.
2.2 If our investigations show that your account has not been incorrectly debited, we will provide you with reasons and copies of any evidence in this finding.
2.3 Any queries you may have about an error made in debiting your account should be directed to API (WA) Inc in the first instance. If we cannot resolve the matter, you can still refer it to your financial institution, who may lodge a claim on your behalf, at your expense.

3. Changes
3.1 We may vary any details in the DDR at any time by giving you at least 14 days written notice.
3.2 You may cancel your authority to us to debit your account at any time by giving us 10 business days’ notice in writing before the next debit payment to be made.
3.3 If you cease payments, make a wrongful fraud claim to the bank, cancel the transaction or commence any other action that results in costs to API you are liable for them and will be charged accordingly.

4. Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
i) there are sufficient cleared funds available in your nominated account to allow a debit payment to be made, and
ii) the authorisation to debit the nominated account is in the same name as the account signing instruction held by the financial institution, and
iii) suitable arrangements are made if the direct debit is cancelled by yourself, your financial institution or for any other reason.
