CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will have a minimum of $50 cancellation fee from the date of booking/payment. Up until 5 nights before your stay the rest is fully refundable, after that it is a totally NON-REFUNDABLE booking.
The House
Lucy's Place is located in lush Mount Melville which forms the west border of the CBD. Upstairs the house features an airy open plan kitchen, dining and living space inviting plenty of natural light. There are two queen bedrooms and one with two singles plus a generous sized bathroom and a relaxing bathtub.
A romantic fireplace helps warm the house for the chilly nights keeping you cozy and the well-appointed kitchen with large oven, stocked with basic needs (tea, coffee, oil, herbs), flows seamlessly to the dining space with an 8 seater table to entertain. Double doors lead out to a cute alfresco area overlooking the generous and immaculate backyard, a great space to watch the kids kicking the footy.
For those that might need to work away from home, there’s wifi and a dedicated work desk downstairs which also features an en-suite, comfy couch and downstairs alfresco area. This is also a wonderful private space to curl up with a great book and cup of tea while looking out to the lush gardens, or to sit and meditate.
The house is a great base to visit many stunning beaches like Middleton Beach and Emu Point, walking and biking trails, hikes and also the Porongorup wine region – there is something for everyone.
