A once a week, fortnight or once a month service

*Prices are for standard apartments and house, quotes can be obtained for other services / properties in the Metro Area.

The Basic Package- Suitable for the smaller style home, 2 x 1 apartments, granny flats and studios. All products and equipment included.

Kitchens – general clean of the kitchen, includes bench tops, stove top and cupboard fronts.

Bathrooms – wipe down of all surfaces free from dust, dirt and grime, mirrors cleaned, shower and bath wiped and rinsed, toilets cleaned thoroughly.

Bedrooms – complete surface wipe. Beds made if linen provided.

Floors – vacuumed and mopped throughout leaving a fresh scented perfume behind.

Pricing – Basic Fortnightly clean - Member price $132 + GST

The Deluxe Package - Most popular clean – based on medium to larger 3 - 4 bedroom style homes.

Kitchen – splash back, stove top, microwave thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Cupboard fronts, door handles, bench tops, fridge, oven front cleaned and free from marks.

Bathrooms, toilet and laundry – clean counters, sink, mirror cabinets and polish fixtures. Deep shower and bath scrub, including glass and trims. Straightening of towels and tidy.

Bedrooms – tidy, dust and disinfect. Beds made if linen provided.

Floors – vacuumed and mopped throughout leaving a fresh scented perfume behind.

Does not include Window cleaning, inside of oven cleaning, or gardening.

Pricing – Deluxe Fortnightly clean - Member price $176 + GST

The Platinum Package - Recommended before a standard fortnightly clean is commenced. Also suitable for a client wanting a once off deep clean or rent inspection clean.

Kitchen – range hood including vents, oven (internal) stove top, microwave and grill cleaned, bench tops, cupboard fronts, handles, fridge and oven fronts cleaned thoroughly.

Bathrooms, toilets and laundry – Deep shower and bathtub scrub including calcium wash, counter tops, cupboard fronts, handles, mirror cleaned, toilets scrubbed inside and out, fixtures and all metal works polished and shined and mould killer applied.

Bedrooms – tidy, dust and disinfect. Beds made if linen provided.

Floors – vacuumed and mopped throughout leaving a fresh scented perfume behind.

Additional extras – skirting board cleaned throughout (accessible) light switches, door handles cleaned throughout.

Does not include Window cleaning, inside of oven cleaning, or gardening. (extra charges apply)
